Concluding retreat in Norway
The final call of man – the full initiation into your true power. The moment when you no longer only seek, but are.
This retreat takes place deep in untouched Norwegian wilderness. Six days of pure nature. No cabins. No signal. No civilisation. Only you, the forest, the mountains, the fire and endless space. Here you are completely on your own.
What ELDRMANNR really is
ELDRMANNR means “fire man” – the man who has finally kindled his inner fire and will carry it from now on.
Six intensive days and nights in the Norwegian wild. Nothing is spared here. Everything is completed.
In this last gate, the path brings together:
- The deepest shamanic work of the entire path
- Teaching and applying real shamanic tools (runes, drum, smoke, ancestor connection)
- The conscious confrontation with your last hidden depth
- The great initiation at the fire
- A special night that belongs only to you and the Norwegian wilderness
Especially powerful is drinking from the sacred spring where the old Vikings once drank – a direct moment of connection to the powers of our forebears.
This is the closing. The moment when you no longer only take part, but become a bearer of power yourself.
A path that completes you
In these six days you take the last, decisive step. You learn to use the shamanic tools on your own. You enter direct connection with your ancestors and the primal power of Nordic nature. You are tested physically, emotionally and spiritually – and you will stand.
The peak is initiation at the great fire. Everything comes together. Your journey so far is burned. You speak your new stand. You are initiated.
Then comes a night that belongs only to you and the Norwegian wilderness.
At the end stands the closing as bear: a powerful, physical ceremony in which you embody all gathered strength as bear – strong, awake, unshakable. You do not only carry the power. You are it.
The path ahead
With ELDRMANNR the NORDVAKA path is not yet fully over.
You have crossed the threshold. You have touched the core. You are initiated.
Whoever after this feels the call to go further and take full responsibility as a guardian, the next and final step is open:
VEGVÖRÐR – the two-year path of the guardian.
There you learn not only to carry power, but to hold it responsibly and pass it on.
RAUKR opened the door.
HJARNVEGR led you to the core.
ELDRMANNR initiated you.
VEGVÖRÐR makes you a guardian.
Who is ELDRMANNR for?
For men who have already completed RAUKR and HJARNVEGR and now feel:

This is not for everyone. It is the highest and most demanding part of the path. It demands absolute readiness.

There are not yet fixed dates for ELDRMANNR. Once the minimum group size is reached, the first dates in Norway will be announced.
