The path of the body

You do not find your ground in your head. You find it in your body.

Maybe you know this point.

You function.

You keep moving.

You do what needs to be done.

Yet inside, it no longer feels clear to you.

Restlessness.

Pressure.

The sense of not really being with yourself.

I know this point.

Positioning

Embodiment at NORDVAKA

I stand at NORDVAKA for the path of embodiment: body, breath, will, discipline and honest confrontation. My approach is not theory but lived experience. I connect physical presence with clarity, stability and mental alignment.

My path

It did not begin in strength

My path did not begin in strength – but where many men eventually stand: without clarity, without direction, without real access to themselves.

The turning point

In my early twenties, I reached a point where nothing felt stable. Depression. Anxiety. A sense of inner stillness. I was there – yet not truly connected. The feeling of being cut off became the measure: I could not go on like this.

The decision

At 22, I made a decision. Not a grand one, not a perfect one – but a clear one: I stop avoiding. I went to Cambodia. There I began martial arts. At first it was only training – physical, direct, honest.

The path through the body

What began as training became a path of movement, breath, discipline and conscious confrontation. I learned not only to use my body – but to understand it. Where tension sits. Where I hold back. Where I get in my own way.

I stepped into the cage – not only to fight others, but to meet myself. No excuses. No distraction. Only the moment and what was actually there.

Today

Today I bring exactly this experience into NORDVAKA: clarity through the body, stability through practice, presence through breath. No concept. No theory. Experience.

I work with the body because it is honest. I work with the breath because it brings you back immediately. I work with load because that is where truth about who you are becomes visible.

Practice

How I train

My training is not a classic fitness programme. It is functional, honest and built on presence. It is not about looking good or burning yourself out – but about becoming stable, carrying load and using your body as an anchor again.

Bodyweight training

For control and real strength – without fluff.

Functional movement

So you can work naturally and as a whole again.

Martial arts elements

Focus, presence and clean confrontation with the moment.

Breath training

Regulation, clarity and return to the body.

Cold exposure

Controlled, measurable work outside your comfort zone.

Load & mental stability

Situations where you meet yourself – without filters.

How do you respond when it gets uncomfortable? Do you stay calm? Do you stay clear? Or do you avoid?

Your body shows you the answer.

Your body does not lie.

Instrument

Breath as a tool

I do not use breathwork only to relax – but as a tool for focus, regulation, clarity and presence. For me, the breath is one of the strongest instruments – not to soften you, but so you can steer yourself.

When you control your breath, you control your state: under pressure, under load, in daily life. That is how you stay clearer, move with more intention and feel yourself more honestly.

What I stand for

I do not work with surface. I do not work with excuses. I work with clarity.

Honesty instead of comfort

Experience instead of theory

Clarity instead of excuses

Ground instead of conformity

You do not need to become stronger. You need to stop avoiding yourself.

Fit

Who I work with

I work with men who achieve a lot – yet no longer feel themselves. Men who are restless inside, who sense there is more in them, who want to stand clear again. Not perfect. But real.

For men who want clarity, embodied presence and an honest relationship with themselves – who do not only want to train, but to realign inwardly and outwardly.

Coaching

Next step

If this speaks to you, if you want to use your body as an anchor again and not only train but truly develop – this may be your next step.

I work with you in one-to-one coaching when it is a fit and you are ready to look honestly. If you feel called to one of our retreats and are unsure what suits you, I am happy to advise you – no pressure, with clarity.

I do not work with everyone. But if you are ready to actually change something, write to me.
